Day in the Life As a Moulder Supervisor, you will oversee the day to day operations of the Moulder department, ensuring safety, quality, production, and customer expectations are consistently met. Your day will involve supervising employees, coordinating production schedules and shipments, ensuring safety training compliance, and working closely with Sales, Maintenance, and leadership to resolve quality and service issues. You will also manage production and downtime reporting, maintenance planning, and electronic order systems to keep operations running efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities * Lead and enforce safety training, audits, and accountability for all Moulder employees.
