The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an associate to join the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. Our platform supports and encourages career development and thrives on excellent client service.

About You:

  1. You have 2-4 years of qualified benefits and executive compensation experience;
  2. You have qualified benefits experience and executive compensation/409A experience in transactional setting;
  3. You have experience drafting employment agreements, equity award agreements and non-qualified compensation plans;
  4. You have strong oral and written communication skills, and can work effectively as part of a team and independently;
  5. You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials; and
  6. You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in relevant jurisdiction (Illinois, California, Washington D.C., or New York).

Compensation:

  • $230,000 - $290,000 annual base salary
