Department: Deposit Operations Reports to: VP Deposit Operations Manager 1 Status: Non-Exempt Grade: 7 Salary Range: $20.50 - $32.12 Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: Worcester, MA - 386 Main St. Purpose/Objective: Primary operator for lockbox document processing equipment to group, balance, scan and capture required information. Enter and locate transaction errors and discrepancies. Key Accountabilities: * Complete all processing for lockbox customers * Pick up mail as necessary from post office * Complete Positive Pay reviews * Complete Serial number search/corrections for Payroll customers * Make adjustments/returns for Payroll * Create PDF's for ETI Drafts * Process Bank by Mail - Teller Insight as necessary for lending areas * Complete 386 Main St building mailroom functions * Scan Work as required to FCM * Complete Mobile and ATM daily reviews to assist Image Processors * Processing of Canadian Items for Lockbox, RDC and Commercial customer, as well as processing of all fees for every Canadian item processed * Backup Lockbox Manager for vacation coverage * Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties. Education: * High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: * Banking experience Skills & Knowledge: * Strong organization skills. * Good 10-key skills. * Attention to detail. * Good clerical and numerical skills.
