Job Mission:

New Balance's Global Sports Marketing Team is responsible for all Athlete / Partnership contract execution and deliverables, along with creating world class boutique experience and collaborations designed to strengthen partnerships and drive brand affinity. You will assist by supporting the Sports Marketing Team with Partnership deliverables, along with product requests including all key seeding initiatives. You will also assist on all Sport Marketing Athlete Experience activations around athlete vision meetings and athlete visits.

Major Accountabilities:

* Assist with New Balance Athlete Product Seeding Program

* Assist with Social Media Activation

* Attend NB Partnership / Athlete Experience meetings/calls

* Assist Sports Marketing leads with key events and athlete requests

* Provide support to the Global Sports Marketing Team on Partnership orders/shipments

* Monitor athlete trends and provide updates on interesting posts

* Assist Athlete Experience Team with athlete visits and vision meetings

* Assist with Partnership activations / deliverables

Requirements for Success:

* Working towards a B.S. degree in Sports Management

* Candidate must be deadline oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Candidate must have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships

* Candidate must have solid oral and written communications skills

* Candidate must be energetic, have a positive, can-do attitude and experience working in a team environment

* Hybrid work - 3 days at Brighton HQ; 2 days remotely.

* Some lifting required with product boxes

Flexible Work Schedule

For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
