In this role, you will be an integral part of an expanding nationwide CNS sales team launching a new drug to the
market. The Regional Sales Manager will be directly responsible to hire, train, develop and coach a successful sales
team in the assigned region. You will:
- Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your region
- Lead with a strategic mindset developing business plans to successfully achieve sales results
- Identify opportunities in multiple local markets and successfully pull through marketing strategies
- Develop strategies to balance and strategically pull through portfolio selling successfully
- Monitor all field activities and lead with integrity to ensure compliance guidelines are met
Essential Requirements:
- 10+ years life science sales
- 3+ years regional or district manager experience
- Product launch experience leading others in competitive markets
- Ability to travel as necessary, including overnights
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Desired Requirements:
- Psychiatry experience in the areas of ADHD and/or schizophrenia
- Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience in start-up environments
- String track record of sales success
