Summary of Position

To coordinate, manage, and develop the CTM Partner Program (CPP), overseeing a global portfolio of partners and ensuring effective execution of agreed strategies, standards, and commitments between CTM and its partner network.

CPP is a critical component of the evolution of CTM's global business offering, supporting growth, product adoption, and success in winning and retaining client business across key verticals, including Transient, Marine & Offshore, Meetings & Events, Product, and the Global Hotel Program. The successful candidate will:

    Act as the main point of contact between CTM and its partners, driving governance, operational discipline, and consistent execution across the Partner Program, while accelerating the commercial activation and adoption of CTM products and supplier programs through the partner network.

  • Drive measurable partner value and ROI by ensuring members actively realise the benefits of CPP, while stabilising, aligning, and strengthening the partner network across all membership tiers.

  • Own partner performance against agreed standards, ensuring adherence to CTM and customer service levels, actively monitoring targets, and leading corrective actions where expectations are not met.

  • Represent CTM and its partner network with credibility and authority in all internal and external engagements, reinforcing CTM standards, positioning, and long-term strategic intent.

Responsibilities and Duties

Relationship Management
Own and manage a global portfolio of partners, accountable for performance, alignment to CTM strategy, and delivery against agreed commercial, operational, and service commitments.

Partner Acquisition & Network Growth
Lead the recruitment of new partners by positioning and selling CPP membership options, ensuring new entrants strengthen the network strategically, commercially, and operationally. This includes assessing ongoing partner performance and fit, and recommending partner exits where standards, strategic alignment, or commercial outcomes are not met.

Operational Governance & Escalation
Serve as the escalation point for partner-related operational issues, driving resolution, enforcing standards, and ensuring consistent global client servicing in line with CTM requirements.

Commercial & Revenue Ownership
Own and manage all revenue associated with the partner portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, with clear accountability for revenue growth and ROI.

Supplier, Product & Performance Analytics
Own the tracking, reporting, and performance analytics for partners, supplier programs, and CTM products, ensuring insights are used to drive adoption, optimization, and measurable commercial outcomes.

Education and Experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly in both in-person and virtual environments and adapt messaging to senior, technical, and commercial audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority, aligning diverse internal and external stakeholders around shared commercial and operational outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capability, with demonstrated experience presenting to and challenging C-level stakeholders in a B2B environment.
  • Solid understanding of corporate travel technology and operations, including multiple GDSs, online booking tools, expense management platforms, and traveller tracking solutions.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to operate cross-functionally across business verticals (e.g. Meetings & Events), partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner relevance, inclusion, and sustained value delivery.
  • Comprehensive grasp of end-to-end operational standards, from front-line servicing and tool requirements through to back-office processes and retrospective reporting.
  • Strong execution mindset, able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel, prioritise effectively, and consistently deliver outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating independently while contributing as a senior team member, exercising sound judgment and ownership in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Clear understanding of commercial and financial dynamics, including partner economics, revenue models, and the broader CTM business context.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages preferred (Spanish and/or Portuguese).
  • Advanced working proficiency in core business tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, as required to support partner relationships and commercial objectives.
