System Operations and Strategic Planning-SME

BlueWater Federal is looking for a System Operations and Strategic Planning-SME to support Dept of the Navy at the Pentagon

• Provide subject matter expertise to Information Technology (IT) business processes, organizational goals, and information processing requirements.
• Responsible for Operations and Maintenance support, application development and test of Navy systems and websites including business and technical operations, analysis and strategic planning.
• Develop strategic plans compatible with the SECNAV HQ strategic vision and goals, as well as developing Operational Plans which implement those visions and goals.
• Attend meetings and provide the client Program Manager and client designees with briefing information in the form of presentations, papers and/or analyses as directed.

• 3+ years experience with a Masters Degree in IT or related field
• Experience with strategic and operational planning, such as outreach, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), risk management, and business case analysis, among others.
• Must have an active Secret experience
