As a Security Officer Credential Desk in North Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location where you will help manage access control, monitor entry activity, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entrances and exits, verify credentials, process visitor and/or vendor check-in, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Observe shipping, receiving, and dock activity for unusual or unauthorized behavior, and document deliveries, departures, and/or access-related events as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to gates, loading areas, parking areas, and other access points throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
