Summary
Come Join Us and Meet the Team on June 2nd from 12:00p.m. to 5:00p.m.!! Open Career Fair with on-the-spot interviews!! Responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes . Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions Assessing patients' health status and developing individualized care plans. -Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the supervising registered nurse or physician. -Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or physician. -Providing wound care and dressing changes. -Performing basic diagnostic tests such as blood pressure checks and glucose monitoring. -Educating patients and their families on their medical conditions and self-care techniques.
