Project Manager Location: Hybrid / Onsite (varies by engagement) Employment Type: Contract / ContracttoHire / Direct Hire Position Overview TEKsystems is seeking a Project Managers to support a broad range of initiatives across our client portfolio. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that span technology, business operations, and organizational transformation. Project Managers at TEKsystems partner with crossfunctional teams to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to initiatives that may involve IT delivery, application development, modernization efforts, vendor platforms, or process improvement. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders. Areas of Project Delivery Project Managers may support initiatives including, but not limited to: * IT initiatives and enterprise technology projects * Application development, enhancements, and system modernizations * Automation and digital transformation efforts * Vendor management and vendorled software implementations * SaaS and thirdparty platform deployments * Business operations and program management initiatives * Process improvement and operational efficiency efforts * Data, reporting, and analytics initiatives * Cloud enablement and infrastructurerelated projects Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution * Lead projects through the full lifecycle from initiation through closure * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables * Track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure accountability across teams * Adjust plans as priorities or requirements evolve Stakeholder & Team Coordination * Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders * Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and regular status updates * Coordinate efforts across business, technical, vendor, and leadership teams * Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and effectively Organization, Documentation & Process * Maintain clear and accurate project documentation * Support requirements clarification and documentation as needed * Establish and follow repeatable processes to support consistent delivery * Promote alignment, transparency, and operational efficiency throughout the project Execution Support & Problem Solving * Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early and proactively address them * Support change management by documenting impacts and communicating updates * Help teams stay focused and aligned in fastpaced or evolving environments Industries We Support TEKsystems Project Managers work across a variety of industries, including but not limited to: * Public sector and education * Utilities * Financial services * Healthcare and insurance * Telecommunications * Commercial and enterprise organizations Required Qualifications * 3-5+ years of experience in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or related role * Experience managing crossfunctional initiatives with multiple stakeholders * Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements * Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) * Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting technology, systems, or processdriven initiatives * Exposure to vendorled or crossorganizational projects * Background in requirements gathering, documentation, or business analysis * PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification (preferred, not required) Why TEKsystems TEKsystems partners with organizations to deliver impactful projects that improve systems, processes, and outcomes. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
