Groundskeeper

• Maintain grounds in a neat and attractive manner (vehicles, grounds, buildings and equipment)
• Ensure all facilities equipment is properly maintained and ready for use
• Keep supervisor advised of any material or equipment needs requiring replacement or maintenance
• Perform all non-routine tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager
• Performs other duties as assigned
