Position Summary

The Foundation Data & Integration Manager is responsible for all aspects of the donor data entry software and hardware systems that support the fund-raising efforts of the Foundations of MultiCare. The Manager ensures the efficient and accurate use of the department's systems, proactively recommending improvements and implementing process changes; assures the integrity and confidentiality of the department's donor data systems by managing coding and security issues; develops and updates policies and procedures, and provides training and support for all levels of Philanthropy staff. This position requires in-depth knowledge of existing donor and auction software systems and other technical systems unique to Philanthropy in order to ensure the effective capture and maintenance of donor information and gift records.

Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree, computer studies preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of data base application experience in a fund raising environment to include proven experience with fund raising software (Raiser's Edge and other related software such as auction software minimum 2 years)
  • High level expertise with Microsoft Office Products and basic computer hardware applications and technical needs

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $70,824.00 - $97,801.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
