Pay: $25.50 - $38.25 per hour Job description: Job is Temp-to-Hire. After a 3 month probationary period through the agency, employees quality of work, productivity, and attendance will be evaluated before an offer is made. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: Under general supervision, must exercise knowledge to perform a variety of job duties relating to the proficient support to Focused Factories including but not limited to: a) Repairing equipment to specifications on work orders. b) Building or rebuilding of production equipment. c) Conducting preventative maintenance on boilers and compressors. d) Moving machinery (rig and move) as requested. e) Complying with OSHA regulations f) Complying with all environmental safe practices and regulations, including possessing thorough knowledge of all Material Safety Data (MSD), oil and chemical labeling and storage requirements. g) Adhere to all AIC company policies h) Other duties as assigned In addition to the above, Mechanics are to maintain an organized, clean and safe work area using safety standards and expectations while adhering to all quality practices. Management may change responsibilities and/or assignments to meet the business needs without prior notice. AIC follows an At-Will Employment practice. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. REQUIRED SKILLS:
Summary As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and skills in schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Your expertise in programmable logic controllers and electrical systems will enhance our operational efficiency. Additionally, your supervisory experience and leadership skills will contribute to a collaborative work environment, while your familiarity with CMMS will streamline maintenance processes. Relocation
Relocation is authorized for this position. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $25.50 to $38.25 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
