• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 5 years of purchasing/buying experience involving:
  • Machine parts
  • Sheet metal components
  • Electronic printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Electromechanical components
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with Infor SyteLine ERP system preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of forecasted materials and components
• Monitor and support cost reduction initiatives
• Prepare and issue purchase orders by verifying specifications and pricing
• Obtain and evaluate multiple supplier quotations when required
• Identify and source new vendors as needed
• Track purchase orders and expedite deliveries when necessary
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and resolve shipment discrepancies
• Process receiving documentation to support payment authorization
• Maintain organized purchasing records, including quotes and purchase orders
• Analyze purchasing trends and provide planning information to management
• Coordinate vendor RMAs and ensure proper credit or RTV closure
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to address supply or quality concerns
• Perform additional duties and special projects assigned
