As theAssistant Director of Programming and Training in the Women's Center, you will play a critical role in fostering gender equity, intersectional feminism/womanism, leadership development, and student engagement across our campus community. In this role, you will collaborate with students, faculty, staff, and community partners to create transformative learning experiences for undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. You will advise and mentor student leaders, support identity development, and serve as a campus resource on issues related to gender equity, social justice, and inclusive excellence. This position reports directly to the Director of the Women's Center and contributes to a welcoming, affirming, and inclusive campus climate. Be Bold. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $47,940.00 to USD $75,990.00.
