Emergency Dept Patient Access Rep(On-Site | Biddeford, ME)

In this entry-level role, you'll work side-by-side with clinical teams as the first point of contact for patients and families. You'll support the patient journey through registration, insurance verification, admissions, and follow-up-helping create a positive experience during critical moments.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Related experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Computer and data entry experience is required with Microsoft Word, e-mail, and internet communication, as well as the ability to work accurately and effectively with electronic systems.
