About the Role: The Manager, Campaigns & Content - CeraVe DMI will lead the development and implementation of full paid media content strategies for CeraVe, collaborating with internal teams and agencies to drive 360 campaigns across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

ACTIVATION STRATEGY:

  • Trigger the consumer insight and the big idea generation by briefing the creative agency.
  • Collaborate efficiently with Global Marketing Project Manager, Business Leader and Emerging Category Leader, as well as all metiers part of the 360.
  • Propose the campaign calendar, and relevant list of assets and pillars.
  • Propose for each launch the 360 paid content strategy (channels, touch points, assets, formats) and work with all metiers to ensure owned and earned are part of the campaign.
  • Ensure consistency and relevancy across all touchpoints, aligned with the category strategy & brand priorities, and ensure 360 ROI.

3RD PARTY MANAGEMENT:

  • Create 360-degree brief and kickstart with key partners (McCann, Craft, TEVA, others agencies & media asset planner locally)
  • Gather assets needed, establish retro planning and brief agencies accordingly.
  • Manage the agencies responsible for the creation of content.
  • Create and issue briefs for agencies.
  • Manage & review agency progress.
  • Ensure content meets the brand DNA.
  • Manage agency contract, financials, and timelines.

CONTENT CREATION

  • Responsible for the global 360 content creation for the categories assigned respecting time and budget constraints, liaising with relevant stakeholders and ensuring it resonates with the consumer.
  • IMC communication content for projects (print, POS, TVC, digital, social media content) for paid media purpose.
  • Coordinate and ensure big idea is followed by all relevant metiers involved in the campaign (Ecom team, PR team, Advocacy...) and partner with them to leverage to the maximum the level of execution and excellence.
  • Work with CMI to test pre-campaign performance when relevant.
  • Work with CMI to assess post-campaign performance using data provided by Zones & countries.

COORDINATION WITH MARKETS:

  • Work with Zones and Drive countries to understand local needs, ensure relevance of content mix and relevance of assets.
  • Define & write guidelines for content local adaptation
  • Assess the efficacy of the assets to ensure learnings to next successes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content strategy across various channels (social media, influencer marketing, website optimization, e-commerce, CRM, content creation).
  • Skincare experience and a strong interest in health, beauty, and dermatology preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in campaign development, content creation, and 360 distribution strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write in a medical tone of voice preferred.
  • Experience in KPI reporting and analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and collaborate with business partners on innovations.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and execution.
  • Demonstrated success in executing large-scale campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience with international markets
  • Any relevant industry awards (e.g., Cannes Lions, CLIOs, Effies) are a plus.
