About the RoleThe Programming Specialist I reports into the Programming pillar of the Audience Engagement team and is responsible for carrying out daily sportsbook programming, ensuring the right content is in the right place at the right time for the right customers. The Programming team operates on a 365-day, two-shift schedule. The Programming Specialist I is a foundational contributor focused on accurate execution of content programming and learning core tools, workflows, and systems. This role will work directly with the two additional Audience Engagements pillars: Experience (responsible for optimizing the customer betting experience through data-led planning, A/B testing, and removing points of friction) and Enablement (responsible for providing the Audience Engagement with appropriate tooling and workflows to support speed and scale). Scope of function for the Programming Specialist I role includes but is not limited to daily sportsbook programming across all existing states and territories, content-based A/B test programming, sitemap management and updates, and contributing to process enhancements for the Audience Engagement team at-large - all in the name of delivering content to our audience in the most efficient means possible and amplifying the customer experience at all times. At the end of the day, we are working together to build best-in-class customer experiences for millions of users - with the primary goal of being the biggest and best online sports and gaming operator in the United States. Compensation The hourly range for this position is $26.15 - $39.23. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for our company in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship.
