Position Summary The Customer Success Manager, DigitalToolspositionwill play a critical role in driving successful client adoption of Judi Care, our healthcare navigation platform. This role sits within the Enterprise Solutions team and works cross-functionally with the Judi CareProduct team, implementation partners, and client stakeholders to deliver high-impactproductdemonstrations, client trainings, documentation, and ongoing subject matterexpertise. This isahighly client-facing, hands-onrole designed for someone who enjoys being close to the product, the client, and the launch process.The ideal candidate is comfortable leading live demos and trainings, translating complex product functionality into clear, actionable guidance, and supporting scalableand high-touch clientimplementationsand go-lives.
