THE OPPORTUNITY The Field Service Representative (FSR) serves as a senior-level technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders. This position plays a strategic role in providing pre-sales and post-sales support, influencing product direction, and delivering advanced technical solutions. FSR's represent Silvus professionally in the field, embodying the company's technical leadership and commitment to customer success across all market sectors. This role exercises independent judgment and discretion in adapting our multi-antenna MIMO radio and mesh networking systems to meet complex customer requirements, as well as in the diagnosis and resolution of complex field issues. They operate autonomously in dynamic environments, balancing multiple customer engagements, travel schedules, and mission requirements with minimal supervision This position reports to the Director of Sales Engineering and operates autonomously in the field, collaborating closely with Engineering, Sales, and Product Management. While this position is remote, ideal home base locations include Fort Benning, GA; Fort Bragg, NC; Virginia Beach, VA; or Southern Maryland and must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time. Final title and compensation for an FSR I - III role will depend on the candidate's experience and skill level. COMPENSATION: $71,000 - $100,000 / annually #silvuscareers Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. NOTE - As a US Federal Contractor, Silvus Technologies requires that ALL candidates being considered for employment for any position (regardless of level) MUST be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen). Stricter U.S. Citizen ONLY requirements (needed for some Engineering or R&D roles) will be included in the Required Qualifications section of the posted position.
