Description

These efforts will be conducted in the North Charleston, SC location on-site. SRC is looking for motivated, adaptable individuals with a background in Project Management, Technical Writing, and workflow process analysis to join the team.

    Supporting various project management duties for a specific engineering area of the NS IPT Program
  • Providing direct support to our NIWC LANT Engineering Team Leads
  • Working independently to perform task tracking, maintaining schedules, and creating system level documentation, procedures, and plans using Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Supporting the overall performance of the program, and ensuring customer deliverables are met
  • Supporting development of program deliverables, and project schedules
  • Providing direct customer support
  • Maintaining technical documentation, including templates, SOPs for Configuration, Security, Program, and Operations using Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
  • Creating slide presentations to support briefings using PowerPoint
  • Working primarily onsite, both on base and at the SRC site, supporting the NIWC Lead where the majority of work must be performed to support this tasking

Requirements

  • Two to five years of Project Management or Program Administrative support experience
  • Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft O365 Suite


Desired Skills

  • Experience using O365 Suite
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project
  • Experience using CMPro, Jira and Sharepoint is beneficial
  • Experience creating documentation under a government contract
  • Knowledge of systems engineering activities and process improvement approaches strongly desired
  • Comfortable with the creation of in-depth, accurate technical documentation

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET ELIGIBILITY
