The Field Service Supervisor manages a staff of Reactive Technicians. Responsibilities include providing superior mechanical equipment service to Cold Drink outlets within an assigned geography, assuring the highest level of soft drink quality possible. This position determines work schedules, identifies and initiates training programs, monitor employee performance, and ensure process and procedures are being followed. The primary responsibility of the service supervisor is to insure our customers are getting quality service on every occasion. The supervisor will spend approximately 80% of the time in the field. The supervisor will handle budget and fiscal responsibility including ongoing operating expense, equipment, fleet and significant part inventories. Duties and Responsibilities
