Group/Division

The SensArray division is the world leading provider of in situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides measurement and control solutions to both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure that yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing SensArray business unit is dedicate to support customer R&D phase as well as HVM with in-situ thermal process control. SensArray business unit enable APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield improvement.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Step into a high-impact, fast-paced manufacturing leadership role where you'll be at the center of innovation and execution. You'll lead a small, agile team on the production floor, driving daily priorities, solving real-time challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly. Beyond the floor, you'll collaborate closely with engineering and R&D on early prototype builds, giving you a front-row seat to innovative development. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead, influence, and make immediate, transparent impact on both product and process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team, including performance management, coaching, workforce planning, and budgeting.
  • Drive execution of mechanical design initiatives (CREO) with a focus on scalable fixture design and automated test systems aligned to manufacturing needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, supporting sophisticated solving and enabling rapid issue resolution in operations.
  • Own program and project delivery, including roadmap planning, prioritization, budget management, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner multi-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain to define requirements and deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
  • Champion operational excellence by implementing tooling and fixture solutions that improve uptime, yield, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Ensure design quality and manufacturability through application of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturing (DFM) principles.
  • Build and lead strategic relationships with suppliers and external partners to meet cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, RCA).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
  • ~8+ years in semiconductor capital equipment or related high-tech manufacturing environments
  • ~3-5+ years leading engineering or manufacturing teams in a High-output manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with CREO or similar CAD tools, and strong mechanical engineering fundamentals
  • Experience leading external contractors, suppliers, and global vendor relationships
  • Strong background in factory automation within semiconductor manufacturing, including knowledge of SECS/GEM protocols
  • Experience in thermal design, heat transfer, or system-level modeling
  • Consistent record in program/project management, including multi-functional coordination and budget ownership
  • Willingness to travel (up to ~30%, domestic and international)

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and related work experience of at least 8 years or Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of at least 10 years
