Anesthesiologist - Downtown Baltimore - MedStar Health

MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology (MMGA) is seeking a full-time anesthesiologist to be based with our single-beeper team that covers cases between MedStar Union Memorial Hospital and MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital (sister campuses). Be part of a long-tenured MDA and CRNA team that values a welcoming culture, compassionate care, and community commitment.

Position Highlights:

• Home call only (no L&D); 4 weeknights and 1 weekend day (Sa/Su) per month
• Both medical direction and solo cases
• Regional interest is a plus; work with residents rotating for regional experience
• Cases are primarily musculoskeletal (spine, joint, hand/hand trauma, foot/ankle, sports, ortho trauma), plus EP, pain, vascular, cath lab, and GI
• Optional OB shifts at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, if interested

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of practice.
