This setting allows you to have a set Monday-Friday schedule where you'll be able towork with an interdisciplinary team andfocus entirely on care for the geriatric populationacross AmbulatoryClinicsandRetirement Communitysites. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care for complex older adults, across the continuum of care. Candidates must be Board Certified in Geriatrics.
