Job Summary We are currently hiring a Sourcing Recruiter for our Southfield team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will be vital to the success of our company and your team by developing recruiting pipelines and screening candidates for referral to your recruiting team peers. We are seeking a KPI and metric driven employee with a strong desire to exceed goals. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Utilizing your recruiting skills to screen, engage, and recommend the right employees who will be a strong match to our customer's needs.
- Develop internal solutions that integrate CRM technology, social media, and alternative search techniques.
- Leading, tracking and preparing reporting on recruiting metrics, then use that data to identify areas for opportunity and improvement.
Competencies Competencies we value for this role include strong interviewing and sourcing skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well, strong analytical skills, experience marketing and developing target audience campaigns, and proficiency using digital media and marketing techniques.
