ABOUT THE POSITION Position Summary: As a Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, coach and develop your team, and drive service and sales performance. You will create a strong member experience by setting clear expectations, supporting daily operations, and building a culture grounded in the organization's values. This role also plays an important part in growing the branch through community involvement, relationship building, and business development efforts. What you'll do in this role:
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Compensation Range: $75,000/yr. -$ 90,000/yr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills* Location: Position is on-site at our Montrose Branch located at 16909 State Route 706, Montrose, PA. What success looks like: Success in this role means building a branch environment where employees are engaged, members feel valued, and business goals are achieved.
