Hourly wage starts at $20.00 with the commission being $100 per lease signed, and resident moved in. Why Work Here? Each leasing professional is assigned a dedicated Property Management Specialists to assist with training, onboarding, and questions! The Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with rotating Saturday's from 11 am to 4 pm.
Summary:
This is a float Leasing Professional role, with the individual working between two communities based on business needs and supporting leasing and resident activities at each location in Brookfield.
The Leasing Professional is responsible for creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while maximizing occupancy and resident retention across two neighboring communities.
The Leasing Professional serves as a primary point of contact for leasing inquiries, guiding prospects through the leasing process from initial contact through move-in. Responsibilities include actively marketing both communities, conducting apartment tours, processing applications, coordinating resident communications, and supporting day-to-day property operations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and comfortable in transitioning between two communities located alongside one another while maintaining a consistent, high level of service at each. Success in this role requires strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, sales aptitude, flexibility, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-community environment.
