The VP Solution Consulting will lead Infor's Public Sector Solution Consulting, being responsible for cloud complete demonstrations with State, Local Government and other government bodies. This will include agentic positioning, Golden Tenant development, AI use cases; business processes, as well as opportunity qualification oversight, helping to drive new bookings revenue growth.
This role requires a transformation leader with deep Public Sector industry knowledge, and the capability of applying agentic enablers across end-to-end business processes relevant to focus micro verticals. The ideal candidate combines a passion and purpose for helping to elevate champions and examples of what good looks like while unifying teams and ultimately growing Infor's Public Sector business together with the Sales VP, Product and Services Leadership.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for positioning and demonstrating Infor's differentiated cloud complete solution.
- Be a strategic partner to Sales, Product, Industry Strategy, Services, and Customer Success to help drive Infor's Public Sector business success, increased competitive win rates, and strengthening exec-level customer relationships.
- Focus on providing successful outcomes to State and Local Government, Utilities, Transit, and K-12 Education organizations.
- Be a supervisor / leader for all Infor's public sector SC talent.
- Aligning SC talent with the customer engagement that maximizes business and industry cloud complete capabilities.
- Diagnose process efficiency opportunities, aligning automation capabilities, and ultimately showcasing the optimization that will result in greatest impact and value for the customer.
Basic Qualifications:
- Be an experience Solution Consulting / Presales leader, having worked in complex Saas / Cloud based enterprise software,
- Experience in public sector micro-vertical specific operations and business processes.
- Experience driving cloud revenue growth, executive engagement, and competitive differentiation.
- Experience as a leader, developing managers and high-performing talent motivated toward a common vision, cultivating contribution motivated teams, developing and executing knowledge systems, applying comparative advantage, and aligning incentives/motivation.
- Experience communicating complex business and technology concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, transformation-oriented organization.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, CJIS, NIST, GovCloud, and public sector security and compliance standards.
- Experience with value engineering, business case development, and executive advisory engagements.
