Supply Chain Coordinator

Stratas Foods LLC is the leading supplier of fats and oils to the Foodservice, Food Ingredients and Retail Private Label markets in North America and is a producer of quality bulk and packaged dressings, mayonnaise and sauces. Stratas Foods was formed in October 2008 as a 50/50 joint venture between ACH Food Companies (ACH) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM).

Manufacturing facilities are located in Dallas and Houston, TX; Decatur and Quincy,IL; Englewood and Hillside, NJ; Fresno, CA; Nashville, TN; and Valdosta, GA. Provide cross functional support to theSupply Chain Departmentby distributing reporting, coordinating follow up action items, documenting and distributing policy and procedure updates.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain supply database for reporting and planning purposes.

1. Evaluate Material Resource Planning report to direct Purchase Orders (PO) toappropriate suppliers

1. Maintain PO delivery information and communicate changes to internal stakeholders across multiple sites and/or categories.

1. Maintain policy and procedure documentation.

1. Assist Supply Chain team members in tracking down price and/or contract discrepancies.

1. Assistwith management for continuous improvement.

1. Works with minimal supervision on a variety of complex tasks while adapting procedures asappropriate.

1. Collaborate closely with onsite teams andparticipatein onsite meetings to drive departmentalobjectives.

1. Other duties as assigned.

Education:College degree preferred; some college with practical work experience would substitute

Experience:0 to 2 years' experience in commodity procurement or raillogistics.

Equipment/Software Skills:Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook; Power BI preferred.

• Communication- effective written and oral communication isa must, as this position liaises with operations, sales, and oil procurement along with oil suppliers.

• Teamwork/Customer Service- this position works closely with sales, operations, suppliers, and oilprocurement.Must beteam orientedand customer focusedtohandle the complexities and issues of the position.

Physical:Typical activities may include prolonged periods of sitting or standing, using a computer, and occasional movement within the workplace. May require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.

Sensory:Requires clear verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and others. Active listening and attention to detail are essential.

Mental/Reasoning:Must be able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing demands. Requires strong organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Mustdemonstratesound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
