Summary
Full-time opportunity at Women's Life Imaging, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital (WDH) in Somersworth, NH. The schedule is 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, including one weekday off and Saturday coverage (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) at the WDH Main Campus.
The Administration Imaging Specialist II is responsible for the coordination, management, import/export, tracking, and distribution of radiology imaging and reports across multiple healthcare systems and outside facilities. This role supports radiologists, physicians, surgery centers, cancer conferences, breast imaging research, and patient care operations by ensuring timely and accurate imaging availability, documentation, communication, and record maintenance.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of medical imaging systems, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows both independently and collaboratively.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required or
Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma Related Field of Study preferred

Experience
Administrative Assistant or Secretarial Experience 2-3 years required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficiency with office procedures and equipment i.e. filing, copying, scanning, printing and faxing.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to proofread and edit written documents.

Ability to use phone system.

Managing one's own time and the time of others.

Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills.

Ability to use standard office equipment.

Familiarity with medical terminology.
