Description

Purpose of Role
Concept, lead, and develop photo shoots in order to visualize the brand story. Organize and Execute Product Photography and Lifestyle Photo Productions on campus and on location.

Key Accountabilities Include
* Ensures photo content represents emotional storytelling, aligns with brand strategy, and delivers on time to stakeholders
* Ensures photography represents the brand and style guide accurately and consistently
* Ensure talent and production crew deliver content that elevates the brand experience
* Drives and ensures the adoption of creative best practices and trends to elevate brand experience

Primary Responsibilities Include
* Creates and presents pre-production documents (i.e. storyboards, shot lists, and equipment lists) that outline Photo and Lighting needs to deliver on creative brief
* Shoots and edits photo content (in addition to live events and tradeshows) that represent the brand and style guide accurately and consistently
* Directs onset (lighting, talent, etc.) and production crew
* Prepares assets according to specs and deliver files to the proper asset management system for all stages in the production lifecycle
* Edits and completes finishing touches (i.e. color correction, photo retouching, title graphics, etc.) to the final deliverable
* Reviews trends in support of creative best practices in Photography

Qualifications
Ideal
* Travel up to 20% of the time (including weekends and holidays)
* Experience directing, shooting, and editing photo projects
* Extensive photo experience, with broad range of techniques in portrait and product photography
* Passionate about Photojournalism, knowledge of cameras and techniques for creating shots, and a keen eye for detail and vision behind the camera

Preferred
* BA/BS degree
* Prior advertising agency or in-house agency experience
* Adept in Adobe Photoshop software
* 5+ years relevant experience directing, shooting, and editing Photo projects

Compensation



  • The hiring range for this position is $70,500 - $99,300 annually + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
  • Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
