This is a 1st shift position: 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday) Overall Summary The Tool Crib Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the tool crib and inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking, availability, and accountability of tools, equipment, and maintenance-related materials. This role supports maintenance and facilities operations by maintaining organized inventory systems, ensuring proper storage and distribution of tools, and monitoring equipment condition and usage. The position ensures that materials are readily available to support uninterrupted operations while maintaining compliance with internal controls and safety standards. About You We might be a great match if you have: * Working knowledge of inventory control and tool crib operations * Familiarity with hand tools, maintenance equipment, and industrial environments * Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems or databases * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records * Effective communication with maintenance and operations teams * Ability to work under moderate supervision in a fast-paced environment Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Must have a valid driver's license YOUR EDUCATION Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Technical training or coursework in inventory management, logistics, or manufacturing operations YOUR EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year of experience in tool crib operations, inventory control, warehouse, or maintenance support Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
