Warranty Campaign Coordinator - Fountain Valley, CA

Pay: $31-$34/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to support automotive service campaigns and field actions in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with strong data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate vehicle campaign launches and ensure readiness across North America
  • Review technical documentation, service procedures, and campaign requirements
  • Analyze vehicle data, parts usage, and campaign scope for accuracy
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and safety teams
  • Support parts availability and inventory planning for campaign execution
  • Track campaign progress and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Ensure accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and vehicle applications
  • Assist with urgent field actions and high-priority initiatives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with automotive service operations, campaigns, or warranty programs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail when reviewing technical data
