Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job The Department of Anesthesiology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the ranks of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, or Instructor with a strong interest in research, education, and clinical care. Responsibilities include providing clinical and general anesthesia care to patients at NMH. The selected candidate will participate in the educational programs of the department and medical school, which may include teaching and education of students and housestaff. In addition, the selected candidate will be expected to actively contribute to the research programs of the department. Qualified candidates will have extensive clinical experience, must be American Board of Anesthesiology certified or board eligible. Illinois license or eligibility is required. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled. The expected base pay range for this position is $400,000 - $550,000 Northwestern University has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for the position. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal comparators; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
