Job Summary

The Team Lead, Recruiting RPO at Yoh Services LLC plays a pivotal role in steering and inspiring a dedicated recruiting team to meet and exceed talent acquisition goals. This leadership position entails comprehensive oversight of recruiting efforts, guiding team members from candidate sourcing to placement, while fostering a proactive approach to building robust talent pipelines for both immediate and future organizational needs. This role is integral to supporting Yoh Services LLC's mission to deliver exceptional recruitment process outsourcing solutions within the Enterprise Solutions division, specifically supporting the RPO Operations business unit. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, background verifications, and offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Maintain meaningful and ongoing relationships with candidates to nurture a strong talent pipeline for a variety of roles.
  • Oversee the recruitment team's daily operations by assigning requisitions appropriately, conducting hiring processes for new recruiters, facilitating comprehensive onboarding, and providing ongoing training, career development, and performance evaluations to foster team growth and effectiveness.
  • Strategically manage recruiting initiatives for assigned accounts by monitoring candidate submission volume and quality, identifying process improvements, and aligning recruitment activities with client business objectives to meet and exceed workforce demands.
  • Collaborate closely with the RPO Operations Manager to establish clear, measurable recruitment goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to ensure accountability, promote professional development, and achieve operational excellence across the recruiting team.
  • In addition to these primary duties, the Team Lead engages in continuous process enhancements to optimize recruiting efficiency, leverages data analytics for informed decision-making, and fosters a diverse and inclusive recruitment environment that champions equitable hiring practices across all activities.

  • Extensive hands-on experience within the staffing and recruiting industry, with a proven track record of sourcing and attracting high-caliber candidates across diverse sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of innovative recruiting techniques, talent sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and workforce analytics to drive data-informed recruitment strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities including project management proficiency, team development, conflict resolution, and performance management to effectively lead and motivate a recruiting team.
  • Exceptional organizational acumen with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics, identify trends, and implement actionable improvements that enhance recruiting outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that facilitate clear and transparent interactions with candidates, team members, clients, and senior management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid educational foundation supporting recruiting leadership.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least three years specifically within the staffing and recruiting industry, reflecting industry-specific knowledge and expertise.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment teams or leading projects that involve cross-functional coordination and influence.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure all recruitment activities meet legal and ethical standards.
  • Competency in utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, and HR information systems to streamline processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation, time management, and digital collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $80,640 - 120,960.
