Administrative Assistant Location
US-Remote
Overview QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and project support to a corporate team delivering government staffing services across multiple task orders. This position requires someone who can work effectively in a remote setting, communicate clearly with remote and distributed staff, and support day-to-day operational needs with accuracy, responsiveness, and discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing competing priorities, and able to support back-office team members, program leadership, and employees by coordinating meetings, assisting with timesheet processes, documenting procedures, tracking action items, and helping ensure consistent communication across the program. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and project support to program managers, back-office personnel, and operational team members supporting government staffing contracts.
