Your Job

Molex is seeking a Pricing Strategy Analyst to help establish the analytical foundation of the Optical Connectivity Group's pricing capability. In this role, you will transform commercial, competitive, and market data into actionable pricing insights that improve decision quality, strengthen market positioning, and support profitable growth. You will partner with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Business Development to identify pricing opportunities and build visibility into pricing performance.

Location: This is an onsite role based at our global headquarters in Lisle, IL.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain centralized pricing intelligence assets that support pricing decisions across OCG
  • Analyze quote, booking, competitive, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Deliver win/loss, competitive positioning, and market benchmarking insights that support commercial strategy
  • Create value quantification frameworks and economic models to support value-based pricing initiatives
  • Build and maintain pricing performance dashboards focused on margin, price realization, and profitability
  • Perform pocket-price and price waterfall analysis to uncover leakage and margin improvement opportunities
  • Support strategic pricing initiatives through ad hoc analysis and executive-level insights

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in pricing analytics, revenue/commercial analytics, commercial finance, strategy, or business analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large and complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations (advanced Excel; ability to work with large datasets).
  • Experience leveraging CRM, ERP, CPQ, or similar commercial systems and translating data into business insights.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience creating value quantification tools used in sales motions.
  • Experience in RFQ-based or complex B2B quoting environments for large accounts.
  • Experience working in manufacturing companies, preferably in optical connectivity, electronics, or interconnect solutions.
  • Experience with visualization tools for creating dashboards and KPIs

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
