About the role
The Partner Marketing Manager will own the execution and optimization of many partner marketing programs across Channel partners including MSPs, Resellers, and Distributors. This role sits between tactical execution and strategic leadership-responsible for turning partner marketing strategy into repeatable, high-performing programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize co-marketing programs with Channel and MSP partners, including campaigns, newsletters, webinars, virtual events, and trade shows
- Build integrated marketing plans with top North America reseller, referral, and MSP partners to drive deal registrations and contribute to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Assist in planning and executing partner-facing events, field activations, and virtual programs across North America.
- Own partner-led and partner-supported campaign execution, including timelines, assets, messaging, and follow-up
- Launch and manage templated "campaigns-in-a-box" to enable partners to easily generate demand
- Drive adoption and engagement within the Partner Portal through targeted campaigns, asset management, and reporting
- Build scalable, repeatable workflows that reduce reliance on one-off emails and manual execution
- Support MDF-backed campaigns, including intake, approvals, budget tracking, and post-campaign reporting
- Partner with Finance and Sales to ensure MDF programs are executed efficiently and deliver measurable ROI
- Serve as a primary marketing point of contact for Channel Sales teams on active programs
- Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Brand & Corporate Marketing to align partner campaigns with broader GTM initiatives
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all partner-facing campaigns
- Track and report on partner marketing performance, including portal engagement, campaign participation, and partner-sourced pipeline
- Use data to iterate and improve campaigns, automations, and partner experiences over time
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B demand generation
- Experience working directly with sales teams, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns, webinars, and partner programs
- Familiarity with partner marketing platforms (MindMatrix or similar preferred)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring
