As a Security Officer Full Time Route Patrol Driver in Santa Fe Springs, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a driving Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate security-related observations, incidents, and concerns to property management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
