We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, working with a major pharmacy client to streamline medication access. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the preparation and distribution of prescription medications, leveraging an automated fulfillment system to support patients effectively. Your contributions will directly enhance patient care and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Resolve billing rejects and proactively contact patients or doctors when issues arise, ensuring smooth medication delivery.
• Accurately enter patient demographics and prescription details into the system, maintaining precise records that are critical for patient safety and operational integrity.
• Research insurance rejections and escalate complex questions to a Pharmacist, contributing to effective and timely resolution of patient concerns.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and empathy, providing essential communication and support to patients and healthcare providers.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Active state Registration/Certification (as required).
• Basic computer proficiency to navigate essential systems and tools.
