Net Zero Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Net Zero Program Manager, Data Foundations to support a sustainability data team during a temporary team lead leave. This role will partner with senior technical and strategic leaders to drive program execution, coordinate multiple workstreams, support analytics and reporting, and ensure timely delivery of sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong program management experience, is comfortable working with large datasets, and has familiarity with corporate greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and emissions forecasting.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, Business, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or project coordination supporting technical or data-focused teams
• Familiarity with corporate GHG accounting concepts, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions
• Experience with emissions forecasting or scenario modeling
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and charts
• Strong presentation and executive deck creation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments

• Knowledge of sustainability reporting practices and greenhouse gas accounting trends
• Experience working with Tableau and other data visualization tools
• Experience querying or validating data using SQL or Python
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as CDP, ISSB, GRI, TCFD, or SASB
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams within large, matrixed organizations

• Manage day-to-day execution across multiple sustainability program workstreams, including GHG inventory, emissions forecasting, measurement, and supplier emissions
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, trackers, status reports, and executive-level updates
• Prepare agendas, facilitate recurring team meetings, document decisions, and track action items through completion
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including executive presentations and leadership updates
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth data and process flows from source systems through reporting and disclosures
• Respond to research, data, and analytical requests from stakeholders
• Monitor progress against key performance indicators and program targets
• Perform basic data validation, quality assurance, and lightweight data analysis to support reporting accuracy
