Schedule:

  • Work four first shifts and one blended shift in one payroll-cycle week.
  • Work three first shifts and two blended shifts in one payroll-cycle week; one must be weekend.
  • Standard first shift: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with 30-minute unpaid lunch.
  • Blended shifts as needed: typically 10:30/11:00 a.m.-6:30/7:00 p.m., with 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Hourly Rate: 22.00 per hour

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Interview, hire, and train housekeeping staff.
  • Mentor staff and support performance improvement.
  • Set and monitor routines and quality standards.
  • Participate in discipline and evaluations.
  • Create schedules and manage PTO and schedule requests.
  • Lead routine team meetings.
  • Follow guidelines for concerns, conflict, and discipline.
  • Provide information to the Manager as requested.
  • Develop and oversee inventory control.
  • Prepare supply order lists as directed.
  • Meet reporting requirements.

Housekeeping Duties:

  • Complete or assign daily trash and recycling removal.
  • Complete or assign carpet cleaning as directed.
  • Replace common-area and unit lightbulbs.
  • Walk the property daily; remove trash and document needs.
  • Cover housekeeping tasks during staff absences.
  • Coordinate requested room setups.
