About the Role We are seeking a visionary AI Solution Specialist to join our elite Advanced Technology organization. This isn't a traditional consulting role; it's a mission-critical position for a technical builder and strategic advisor who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world construction challenges. You will be the architect of "what's possible," engineering agentic solutions and intelligent automations that drive immense value for our global customer base. Partnering with executives and engineers alike, you will translate complex algorithmic potential into tangible business breakthroughs, moving the industry from reactive to predictive. This position is a part of the AI Solution Specialist team within the Advanced Technology org and reports directly to Greg Wilson. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range: 131,040.00 - 180,180.00 USD AnnualOn Target Earning Range: 218,400.00 - 300,300.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
