We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Logistics Clerk to support centralized dispatch operations in a fast-paced, just-in-time (JIT) environment. This role serves as the primary communication link between drivers, customers, and dispatch management to ensure on-time deliveries and operational continuity.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of transportation, dispatch, or logistics experience
• Experience in a just-in-time (JIT) environment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Strong communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Serve as first point of contact for drivers and customers
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and operational updates
• Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding routes, deliveries, and service issues
• Monitor delivery performance and report delays or abnormal situations
• Follow operational procedures and reporting standards
• Maintain working knowledge of DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Provide timely service updates and reports to customers
• Document all communications accurately
