Looking for Assembler jobs in San Bernardino where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using drill presses, automatic band saws, and belt sanders
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Assemble products and mechanical components according to work instructions and blueprints
• Fabricate, prepare, and finish metal components used in manufacturing operations
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns
• Use measuring instruments to verify product specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
