Millwright Maintenance Technician REPORTS TO: Millwright Manager STATUS: Non-exempt SALARY RANGE: $17-$22/hour depending on experience PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT: Works closely on a millwright crew to perform repairs and maintenance at grain and agronomy facilities ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs maintenance and repairs of equipment as requested Helps maintain an appropriate inventory of parts necessary for repairs and maintenance Responsible for housekeeping of the shop and on-site work areas OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs all other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 or more years of related work experience Required skills include fabrication, cutting, welding, bearing replacement, painting Ability to follow installation/assembly instructions Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Frequently exposed or required to:
