Air Products is seeking a Global Learning Leader based in Allentown, PA to drive leadership, professional, and workplace skill development across our global organization. In this highly visible role, you will partner with business leaders, , and stakeholders worldwide to identify capability needs, deliver innovative learning solutions, and help shape the future of our workforce. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability needs and develop targeted learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Execute learning and capability development strategies that support business goals and workforce requirements.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve leadership development, professional skills, and workplace learning programs.

  • Facilitate instructor-led workshops, leadership programs, and development experiences for leaders and high-potential employees.

  • Establish and monitor success measures to assess program effectiveness, learner engagement, business impact, and return on investment.

  • Provide learning consulting expertise to leaders and stakeholders on organizational, leadership, and workforce capability initiatives.

  • Support organizational change and transformation efforts through learning and capability-building solutions.

  • Build strong partnerships across HR, business functions, and global teams to deliver integrated talent development strategies.

  • Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors, learning technologies, and content providers to meet business needs.

  • Leverage data, insights, and learning metrics to inform recommendations and continuously improve program outcomes.

  • Share best practices and innovative approaches to strengthen learning effectiveness across the organization.

  • Ensure learning solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with global standards while addressing local business requirements.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development.

  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Experience leading capability development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Knowledge of change management principles and organizational development practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated cultural awareness and experience working across global and cross-functional teams.

  • High degree of adaptability, learning agility, and self-awareness.

Minimum Hiring Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.

  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of Learning & Development experience.

  • Proven experience designing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating learning and development programs.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to address organizational capability and workforce development needs.

  • Demonstrated success leading learning initiatives that support organizational change and business transformation.

  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

  • Professional certification in coaching, psychometric assessment, organizational development, learning consulting, or related fields preferred.
