Technology Transfer Leader

The Professional performs some or all of the following accountabilities as assigned:
* Designing and developing new or revised pharmaceutical/biological processes taking into consideration problems inherent in the transfer of technology from research to manufacturing
* Developing procedures for economical mass production in cooperation with pilot-plant and production departments
* Conducting tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable variables
* Servicing, troubleshooting, and solving production process problems with processes or equipment already in operation
* Preparing and maintaining reports to ensure the plant's processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
* If applicable: Recommending acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials
