Duties and Responsibilities
Arrupe College of Loyola University Chicago is seeking assistance related to outreach and data management of the alumni that have graduated from our program. This is a grant funded, part-time position that will be primarily focused on cultivating alumni contact information, engaging in alumni outreach, proactively exploring alumni career progress, and actively maintain alumni data records.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate's degree or equivalent experience may be considered as well)

Computer Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, and Excel, including but not limited to the following:

  • Data entry
  • Filtering and sorting
  • File organization
  • Email outreach
  • Word processing


Internet research skills for locating updated alumni contact/employment information (e.g., LinkedIn searches, public records) as well as comfort using social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) for alumni tracking and engagement.

Comfortable learning new software platforms with minimal support

Basic understanding of data privacy/ FERPA compliance
